Videos

We highly recommend embedding your videos by uploading them to YouTube or Vimeo. Make them private which means that you can upload your video on these websites (YouTube and Vimeo) and share the embed code in your dashboard of Artsiki.com. That way, you will keep your students in your course and have access to the translating service of these video streaming websites.

You will find the embed code by clicking on the share button of each of your videos.

Embed code is the best way to keep your students on your page. Uploading videos can take a long time, because of the size of the files unless you have very small files. If you are not sure, start by uploading videos. If it takes more than 10 minutes, try YouTube or Vimeo embed codes instead- the way is shown below.

Want your lessons to be more exciting? Just add video content to the lesson.

Open your Profile page and Select any course/Add a new course.

You will be working in the Curriculum section. Find the lesson you need or add a new one and follow on to the lesson settings.

On the Lesson editor page find an empty field under the Content tab. Fill in the information. After this, use the Insert tab on the control panel and select Media from the drop-down menu.

Now you will be offered several options of how to insert media, or video in our case: General, Embed, Advanced.

We need the second option.

For example, you want to add a video from YouTube. Open the video page and find the Share button just under the player.

Click on it and from the provided options select Embed.

Use the next option and open the Embed tab. For this time, you need to copy the whole code and paste it into the field.

Save changes and check the display accuracy.

The Live Stream is an amazing solution for e-learning and online education. Both students and instructors will benefit from the opportunity to teach and learn online. The Live Stream lessons will give an opportunity for students to listen, see and follow the instructor as well as ask and get an answer immediately in Live mode. The Lesson Live Stream allows instructors to stream in online mode. Live streaming is being held through third-party services, namely video platforms such as Vimeo and YouTube. With the Live Streaming feature, you will be able to interact with your students on the highest level as they will follow the study materials, add their comments and questions in the Live Chat and give feedback immediately.
You can also save the stream as the video lesson and add it to one of the lessons, so the students who missed Live Stream will be able to watch it later.

Once you have created a lesson in Curriculum, click on Edit. You can change the lesson type to Live Stream.

You will be able to set additional options like specifying the stream start/end time and date.
